When Royal Liver created progress in 2003, it started with a blank piece of paper.

The challenge was to build a new business that would take Royal Liver into the IFA market place in the UK.

The approach that Royal Liver adopted was to create a new, virtual company. One which concentrated on doing the things that it was good at in-house such as sales and marketing, operations management, programme management and profitability. But outsourcing everything else to third-party specialists.

Four years on and progress is an industry acclaimed, multi-award winning business which continues to go from strength-to-strength.
