CONTACT USMike was appointed Assistant Secretary in May 2003.
He joined Royal Liver in 1983 holding a number of positions before becoming Secretarial Manager in 1998.
In the absence of the Secretary, Mike assumes the role of Secretary in respect of the Subsidiary Companies and Trustee Companies. He is also Secretary of the acquired Companies within Citadel Financial Services Ltd in Ireland.
As Bill Connolly has taken on the role of Interim Chief Executive, Mike has been appointed as Acting Secretary with effect from 1st January 2010.
