Non-Executive Director, Royal Liver Group

Ray was co-opted as a Non-Executive Director of Royal Liver in October 2001, having formerly been the Senior Partner of the Liverpool office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

In respect of his Royal Liver appointments, he is Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and a member of the Capital Management Group and the Nominations Committee. 

Ray was appointed as the Senior Independent Director in December 2005.
